1. Tender will be received from Unit Pendaftaran Kontractor Negeri (UPK) Registered Contractors for Works under Heag VII Sub-Head 3(a) Class F or EX up to 12.00 noon on 7th March 2017 subject to the following condition:-

(a) Tenders will be considered for acceptance only the Tender Form provided which must be submitted under sealed cover clearly marked:-

(i) Technical Specification Submission marked "Envelop "A"
(ii) Commercial Specification Submission marked "Envelope "B"

Tender for General Cleaning and Maintenance of Offices of Miri City Council Miri at Jalan Raja, Miri & Multi-Storey Car Park Building at Jalan Chia Tze Chin, Miri.

Tender Opening Committee,
Miri City Council,
Jalan Raja, 98000 Miri.

(b) Tender should be legally of making a contract and should be under no disability.

(c) A tenderer shall not submit more then one tender in respect of this work.

(d) Multilated or defaced tender form may be rejected.

(e) The tenderer shall state in his tender ONE sum for the throught completion of work as shown and described in the contract drawing and specifications, inclusive of all contingencies and liabilities.

(f) The tenderer whose tender is accepted shall when required enter into a formal contract with the Council for the due execution of work.

(g) The tender will remain open for acceptance for a period of 56 days from the day of the tender close.

(h) To pay document fee of RM500.00 (Non-refundable) to Miri City Council.

(i) To reach not later than 12.00 Noon on Tuesday, 7 March 2017.

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.
