2. Tender documents for the above can be obtainable from Engineering Department, Miri City Council during normal office hours.

3. Registered licenses is required to provide the original licenses or certified true copy of the licenses issued by UPJK and CIBD. Any authorised representative of the tendered may collect the tender document.

4. A Tender may not submit more than one tender in respect of this work.

5. Form of tender shall be filled completed, signed and stamped by the tenderer failing which shall be rejected.

6. Any alteration/amendment/correction etc. in whatever form shall be accompanied by signature of submitting person otherwise the tender Forms shall be rendered invalid.

7. Tenders to be submitted with a copy of the UPKJ and CIBD Licenses.

8. Tenders in sealed envelops clearly marked the subject of the tender must be addressed to :

9. The council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.
