Certificate Of Clearance Of Indebtedness Form (G1)
The new amendment to SECTION 87A, LOCAL AUTHORITIES ORDINANCE 1996, states that the Registrar or Assistant Registrar of the Land and Survey Department shall not register any document evidencing a transaction affecting any proportionate holding unless it is accompanied by a Certificate of Clearance of Indebtedness issued by the Local Authority having jurisdiction over the holding.
Form G (1) is issued with a fee of RM 30.00 per certificate by the local authority.
