Mayor's Award Nomination Submission Information
Nominations for the Mayor's Award will be officially opened on 7th October 2025 (Tuesday) and will close at 5:00 p.m. on 7th November 2025 (Friday).
Two options for submitting your nomination:
Option 1: Online Submission
Complete and submit the nomination form via this online Google form.

Option 2: PDF Nomination Form
Obtain the PDF Nomination Form from scanning the QR code or at the Public Relations Section Office, Miri City Hall.
Once completed, ensure all required supporting documents are attached.

Completed nominations can be submitted to mcc.mayoraward@gmail.com or delivered to the Public Relations Section Office, located on the 5th Floor of Miri City Hall, Jalan Bandaraya, Marina Bay, 98000 Miri, Sarawak.
